Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Special-order items, dropshipped items, and opened items may be refused or charged a restocking fee.

To start a return, call or text 929-608-3806 or email Billing@pulsetechny.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original card after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.

In-store purchases can be returned at 4717 Junction Blvd, Suite A1, Corona, NY 11368 during business hours, subject to the same rules.
